Global Investment & Insurance is a rule-based investment and insurance advisory firm operating from two offices in Goa:

2. Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. We do not require you to create an account to browse this website, and we do not collect personal data automatically beyond the limited technical/cookie data described in Section 5.
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact Us page, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The service you are enquiring about, e.g. investment planning, mutual funds, or a type of insurance (optional)
- Your preferred office — Mapusa or Colvale (optional)
- The message you write to us
If you contact us by phone or email directly instead of using the website form, we may similarly collect your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry.
3. Why We Collect This Data (Purpose)
We use the personal data described above only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the information or advice you have asked for;
- Contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp about the service you enquired about;
- Maintain a record of client and prospective-client communications for our own business and regulatory record-keeping; and
- Comply with applicable law, including recordkeeping obligations that apply to investment and insurance advisory businesses.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Consent
We process the personal data you submit through our contact form on the basis of the consent you give at the time of submission, by ticking the consent checkbox on that form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 9 below; withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of anything we did with your data before the withdrawal, and may limit our ability to respond further to an enquiry you have already raised.
5. Cookies We Use
This website keeps the cookies it uses to a minimum. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking or retargeting pixels. The cookies set on this site are:
- WordPress session cookies — strictly necessary cookies set by our website platform to keep the site functioning correctly as you browse (for example, remembering that a form was just submitted). These do not identify you personally and expire automatically.
- Performance/caching cookie (LiteSpeed Cache) — a technical cookie set by our website’s caching software so pages load faster for you. It does not track you across other websites.
- WhatsApp “Click to Chat” widget — if you click the WhatsApp chat button on this site, WhatsApp/Meta may set its own cookies once the chat opens, governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Because these are essential/functional cookies needed to operate the site (or are only set once you actively click through to WhatsApp), this site does not currently set any non-essential tracking cookies that would require a granular cookie-preference control. We still show a short cookie notice when you first visit so you are clearly informed — see the banner at the bottom of the page.
6. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where necessary with:

7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry and client communication data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, service any resulting business relationship, and meet our recordkeeping obligations under applicable financial-advisory and insurance-distribution regulations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities we carry out with it;
- Ask us to correct, complete, or update your personal data;
- Ask us to erase your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to any legal retention requirement;
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as described in Section 4;
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- Register a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 9. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website and our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
